Look for “Your order is on the way” in the inbox used at checkout. The email includes the carrier and tracking details when available. Check your spam or promotions folder, too.

 

FOLLOW YOUR PACKAGE

Use the tracking number with the carrier named in your shipping email. Carrier updates may appear after the package receives its first scan.

 

MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

Your shipping email can show shipped items and items still waiting to ship. Check each shipment’s details for its own tracking information.

 

CAN’T FIND AN UPDATE?

Email the Buddies team with your order number and the email used at checkout. We’ll help you check the status of your order.
